RentSpain4U act as the advertising agency for the property owners for all properties advertised on our website. The accommodation advertised on this site is not owned by RentSpain4U and is on a short term holiday let basis only and this is confirmed in booking confirmation.
To reserve a property a 15% non-refundable deposit has to to be paid to RentaSpain4U on time of booking with the remaining 85% balance to be paid six weeks before arrival date to the property owner.
If the dates for your holiday fall inside the six-week period a 15% deposit payment is to be made to Rent Spain4U and the final 85% balance payment to be made to the property owner at time of reservation to confirm booking. In the event of cancellation, a criteria on refund is applied, which is based on the number of days prior to your arrival date which can be read below.
On receipt of deposit payment RentSpain4U will confirm to you deposit has been paid and will continue on your behalf to inform the property owner of your booking information so they can contact you direct to continue the booking process prior to your arrival at your chosen holiday property. To confirm, RentSpain4U are available for contact at any time throughout the booking process please do not hesitate to contact us.

The criteria is based on the number of days due to arrival when notification has been received by us via e-mail.
RentSpain4U are flexible if dates are to be changed providing that the preferred accommodation is available, in the event of it not being available we would provide you with other available accommodation from the website for you to choose from at this deposit stage.
On confirmation of deposit payment you are confirming your agreement to our terms and conditions.
We do ask that the persons booking the accommodation treat the property as if it was their own as our properties are privately owned and any damage will be the responsibility of the persons using the accommodation via RentSpain4U.
The guest would be obliged by law to pass thier details on to RentSpain4U in order that they can pass your details on to the property owner of the property.
The contents of the site should not be modified or removed unless witten confirmation has been received by RentSpain4U.
It is forbidden to affect this website with virus or other harmful actions that would result in loss of online time for RentSpain4U
RentSpain4U accept no liability for any errors,omissions,misunderstandings or claims made from a booking or arrangement with this site
RentSpain4U cannot guarantee the number of enquiries any individual property/classified advert or listing may receive
The use of the site does not require you to disclose personal information about yourself
On properties where RentSpain4U are not the appointed representative, all contact, booking conditions & payments will be dealt with directly by the property contact for that advertisement
