how to make a payment

If you would like to reserve one of the properties advertised for your holiday on RentSpain4U we ask that you contact us either via the reserve or enquiry button on the advert so that we can check availability for you and continue the booking process with you. RentSpain4u Contact information below.

On confirmation that accommodation is available we ask for a 15% deposit to be paid to RentSpain4u on time of booking with the remaining balance of 85% to be paid six weeks before arrival to the property owner of that property.

If the dates for your holiday fall inside the six-week period we would request that 15% deposit payment is paid direct to RentSpain4U with the remaining 85% balance payment made to the property owner at time of reservation.

Payment Methods

The price for the accommodation is in pounds sterling if paying in an other currency the exchange rate at time of booking will be used.

   1. We accept deposit payment via bank cheque in all currencies.

   2. We accept deposit payment via direct credit into our UK Bank

   3. We accept deposit payment credit/debit card through our secure internet payment provider Paypal

At time of payment we ask all our guests to inform us so we can provide confirmation payment has been received. On confirmation of receipt we will issue booking confirmation via e-mail along with property owner details so they can continue the booking process with you up and untill your arrival date.
